Location: PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center – 2300 N Cameron St, Harrisburg, PA 17110
Parents are required to stay in the arena at all times while athletes are preparing for competition. If you are unable to stay, please coordinate with another parent and inform TNT Elite via text message who will be responsible for your athlete during the day.

All athletes and families should come to the preferred viewing area for ALL teams to support the entire program. Let’s be loud and support these athletes!
Athletes arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled arrival time may be ineligible to compete. Arrival means in the venue with your coaches. If you are running late for ANY reason, you must text TNT Staff. SAVE THIS NUMBER TO YOUR PHONE! 609-850-4494
When planning your arrival, please be sure to account for parking and walking into the venue. Athletes must check in with our staff by their arrival times.

Uniform Reminders:
Athletes are to come FULLY dressed. Hair and makeup complete. Please wear your ENTIRE uniform into the car to ensure you are not missing any pieces! Don’t forget your shoes!! Allow extra time for parking!!
Athletes are not to eat in their uniforms!
Athletes are not to wear ANY jewelry!
When you arrive:
When you arrive, please check in with a TNT Staff Member. If you arrive early and don’t see anyone, please wait near the entrance for more athletes and staff to arrive. We will communicate through BAND during the day.
General Info & Reminders
Once coaches start warm ups with the athletes, parents are asked to go to another area to allow for a distraction free environment. Warm up areas are for athletes and staff only, parents are not permitted in warm ups at any time.
After the teams’ performance, they will either go with their coach or be dismissed to the parents until awards.
Athletes must be in full uniform, including shoes and bow during awards, NO CELL PHONES!
